Mitratech Annual State of HR Report

As part of its commitment to keeping HR leaders informed about the state of an ever-changing industry, Mineral publishes an annual, comprehensive State of HR Report.

The Challenge: Mineral's annual State of HR Report is one of its most important thought-leadership assets — and one of the most complex to produce. This edition required three distinct publications (an Executive Summary, a Data Deep Dive, and an Essential Elements brief), each with their own audience and purpose, all needing to feel cohesive.

My Approach: As principal designer, I directed the visual system from scratch, then assembled all three publications and created dozens of data visualization assets. I also extended the campaign across social, web, and motion to support the full distribution push.

The Result: The State of HR Report became Mineral's primary pipeline driver for thought-leadership in the HR space, generating qualified leads and establishing the brand as a credible voice for HR professionals.
